ARRIVAL
Our rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. For early use of the wellness area on the day of arrival (before 3.00 pm) we charge 12.50 euros per person including bathrobe and sauna towels.
ARRIVAL BY CAR
Two highways (A7 and A66) and two main roads (B27 and B40) lead to Fulda. Drive relaxed in the direction of Fulda-City. Follow the signs "Kongresszentrum" via Zieherser Weg to Esperantoplatz 1.
Park for 10.00 euros per car / day in the hotel's own parking garage (video-monitored) opposite the hotel.
ARRIVAL WITH THE GERMAN RAILROAD
By ICE, IC or regional express train. We are only a two-minute walk (approx. 150 meters) from the main train station. Follow the signs in the direction of "Kongresszentrum". ICE connection (hourly).
Are you attending an event at our hotel? You can save money with the DB event ticket!
BABY BED
Are you traveling with a small child? We will be happy to provide you with a baby crib free of charge for the duration of your stay. Please indicate this request when making your reservation or contact our hotel reception on site.

BICYCLE RENTAL
Bicycles for excursions can be rented from an external provider via our hotel reception on request (subject to a charge).
BIERSTUBE "RUSTICO"
Draught beer, hearty meals (until 9.30 pm) and a rustic ambience. The beer bar is open daily from 5.00 pm to 0.30 am (variations possible on site) and is the place for a cozy atmosphere with hops and malt.
BOOKS
There is a bookshop in the main station approx. 150 m from the hotel. International newspapers and journals are also available there.
BOUTIQUE
You will find a small boutique with gift ideas next to our hotel reception on the first floor. In the showcases along our 1st floor, further items are on display as souvenirs or high-quality gifts.
CAFÉ-BAR "PIAZZA D'ORO"
Our coffee bar with international coffee specialties and various teas & different types of cake is located in the hotel lobby on the first floor and is open Monday to Saturday from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm (deviations possible on site).

CANCELLATION
Individual reservations (no conferences, congresses, seminars) can be canceled free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. Arrangements with wellness treatments and / or half board etc. can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival (deviations possible for seasonal arrangements). For arrivals after 6.00 pm we recommend that you secure your reservation by credit card.
CARDIO-FITNESS
In the Beauty & Spa Esperanto on the 1st floor, five cardio machines are available daily from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm (variations possible on site).

CLEANING
We are happy to accept your laundry for a fee and have it cleaned. Please hand in your laundry at the hotel reception before 9.00 am.

DEPARTURE
Our rooms are available to you until 11.00 am on the day of departure. Please arrange a later departure time if required. In addition to cash or EC cash, we also accept your Amex / Visa / Euro / Master credit card.
DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN
Children up to the age of 5 stay free of charge in their parents' room.
DOCTOR

DOGS
You are welcome to arrive with your dog. We will reserve you a room on the first floor with a terrace and access to the garden. The surcharge per dog is 25.00 euros per room and night (without food). Please note that dogs are not allowed in all public areas and restaurants. We ask for your understanding.

GRILL RESTAURANT "TORO NEGRO"
The cozy and equally exclusive grill restaurant is located on the 6th floor. Rodizio means "slow, calm river". Enjoy delicacies from the spit served on your plate; rich side dishes and homemade desserts round off the culinary journey to South America. Brazilian flair daily from 6.00 pm (variations possible on site). Table reservations are requested.

MAIN RESTAURANT "EL JARDIN
You will find our main restaurant "El Jardin" on the first floor opposite the hotel reception. Here we serve our large breakfast from Monday to Friday from 6.30 am to 10.00 am and Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays from 6.30 am to 10.30 am, lunch from 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm and dinner from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm (deviations possible on site).

You will find a selection of drinks and snacks in the minibar in our hotel rooms.
NEWSPAPERS
You will find a selection of newspapers and magazines in our boutique at the hotel reception. We are also happy to bring your favorite newspaper to your room.
PANORAMA BAR "BUENA VISTA"
Above the rooftops of Fulda you will find our cocktail bar on the 6th floor daily from 6.00 pm (variations possible on site). The large selection of cocktails, wines and draught Pils and the unique view make for a pleasant and unforgettable end to the evening. Whether sweet or fruity, there is something for everyone's taste.
PARKING
Our parking garage with 450 parking spaces is located on the opposite side of the street. We charge 10.00 euros per day (24 hours) for parking spaces. The parking fees can of course be charged to your hotel bill. A further 1,600 parking spaces are available directly on the premises.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by EC card or with Eurocard, VISA and American Express credit cards.
Pharmacy
We will be happy to bring you prescription-free medication. Please contact our hotel reception for this. The nearest pharmacy is approx. 500 metres away.
PILLOW / COMFORTER
All rooms are equipped with bed linen for allergy sufferers. If you prefer additional or different pillows / comforters, please indicate this when making your reservation or contact our hotel reception on site. You have the choice between down pillows, foam neck pillows or foam neck rolls or comforters with down filling.

You will find our Mediterranean roof terrace on the 6th floor next to the "Toro Negro" grill restaurant. In addition to a fantastic view, you can enjoy the evening here with all kinds of culinary delights and a large selection of wines, draught beer and other drinks. ROOM SERVICE
We are happy to bring food and drinks from our room service menu to your room. We charge a fee of 5.00 euros per order for this service plus the cost of the food and drink selection. We offer our room service from 6.30 am to 9.30 pm.
SAFE
There is an electronic room safe in our hotel rooms. The sum insured for included valuables is a maximum of 1,500.00 euros. However, you can also leave valuables in the hotel safe at the hotel reception for safekeeping.

The elegant saltwater pool 10 m x 10 m of the Beauty & Spa Esperanto can be reached via the entrance to the wellness area on the 1st floor as well as via the Esperanto city pool or you can follow the signs to the Spa Wellness Resort in our room corridor. This makes it easy for you to find your well-deserved relaxation.

SWIMMING POOL

In the summer months and when the weather is fine, our terraces in the main restaurant "El Jardin" and our roof terrace on the 6th floor are available to you during daily opening hours. For the relaxation of our conference guests, our conference level also has a terrace.
TOURISM CONTRIBUTION
As a precaution, we would like to point out that the city of Fulda has decided to introduce a tourism tax of two euros per person and day of stay from April 1, 2024, which is not included in the room / arrangement price and will be charged on site at the hotel.
