A modern seminar and conference area with 19 meeting and group rooms has a variable room concept for 2 to 600 people. Perfect room planning allows direct access to the Esperanto Hall. The conference and group rooms are flooded with daylight (indirect light in Erfurt and Weimar), air-conditioned and can be darkened. In the adjoining conference foyer with its large outdoor terrace, guests are treated to wellness snacks and coffee and tea specialties during breaks.
The room rental for the main conference room is already included in our conference packages (from 10 persons).
Seating details vary depending on the general conditions such as distance regulations, stage, technology, catering, etc.
