DURATION OF THE TREATMENTS
The times given for treatments are approximate and are for your guidance.
HEALTH
In order to be able to advise you conscientiously, we ask you to inform us about high blood pressure, heart disease, allergies, pregnancy, diabetes or a recent operation.
CANCELLATIONS
We kindly ask you to notify the reception desk at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise we will have to charge you 80% of the invoice amount.

DELAYS IN TREATMENTS
Please arrive at the spa reception 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are late, your treatment time will be shortened and will end as planned.
